The 5S-method in brief

Sortimo integrates the 5S method into vehicles, a method firmly established within the industry.

The method, which comes from Japan, aims to optimise workplaces in terms of organisation and cleanliness, to ensure maximum productivity. SR5 van racking provides all the requirements for this: Special configuration options customised to workflows ensure maximum organisation thanks to sub-division, labelling and tool inserts, together with integrated systemisation using our cases and BOXXes.

Sortimo Werkzeug Inlays

A wide range of integration options in Sortimo L-BOXXes, T-BOXXes G, metal cases and drawers (depth 4) of the Sortimo van racking system and WorkMo, make these inlays reliable aids that help to create order, flexibility and improve your workflows. Any missing tools can be immediately identified by the colour-coded highlighting on the exterior and the cut-out, preventing the expensive loss or forgetting of tools.

An additional benefit: the formats of the inlays correspond to the Sortimo inset box grid. The tool inlays can be very individually assembled, are compatible with the Sortimo product range, and can be combined with inset boxes to meet the customer’s requirements for improved organisation and enhanced productivity.
