ProClick Tool Bags and tool belt

The ProClick Tool Bags - in conjunction with the tool belt – enable work materials and tools to be carried directly on the body. Thus, they fit perfectly into everyday work and allow ergonomic and safe work. They are also seamlessly integrated into the Sortimo and BOSCH EcoSystem. This means that they are compatible with a large number of products that are already in the Sortimo and BOSCH product range and thus complement the existing products with additional storage and sorting options – regardless of brand.

The integrated hook on the ProClick Tool Bags is compatible with the established ProSafe load securing system from Sortimo. This means that the bags can be hooked into all vertical ProSafe lashing rails, including the ProSafe side profiles of SR5. The vehicle equipment thus becomes the perfect storage and organization system for ProClick. In addition, the ProClick tool carrier and the C-BOXX have integrated interfaces for holding the tool bags. The ProClick Tool Bags can even be found in the driver's area, attached to the AutoAssistant.

The tool belt has a robust design and is padded so that it distributes the weight of the tool bags as gently as possible on the hips. The ProClick Holders are the connecting element between the belt and the tool bag. These can be flexibly clicked into the tool belt. The tool bags can be hung and fixed in the ProClick holder using a hook system. It can be released by consciously pressing a button provided for this purpose. This means that the pockets on the body can also be changed quickly. The big advantage is that the tool can be carried directly on the body in the pockets and over the belt. This saves the hassle of bending down and having to walk, because the work materials are always ready to hand. Because the ProClick Tool Bags can be pre-packed for use and, depending on the application, clicked onto the tool belt.

The ProClick Holder is the connection between the tool belt and tool bags. All ProClick bags available on the market can be hooked into it - across all systems - and the holder itself can in turn be attached to any commercially available belt. The innovative locking system secures the bag when it is attached and can only be consciously released again by pressing the blue button, which is an essential safety aspect, especially when working on the ladder or scaffolding.

There are different sizes of tool bags. The article designation includes the size, such as "M" or "L". These sizes describe the widths of the individual tool bags. In the respective width, there are also variants that offer a different number of insertion options for tools and work materials. These are described by the number that appears after the size in the product name. An exception is the size M nail pocket, which is perfect for storing and transporting consumables such as nails or screws thanks to its lockable storage space. But there is also space for safety glasses, hearing protection and work gloves. The M 14 tool bag is openly accessible and despite its compact size offers space for up to 14 hand tools. The size L is designed for quick access and provides enough space for all hand tools. Elastic loops on the sides and inside the pockets ensure order and a perfect overview. The tool bags L 36 and L 39 in particular impress with a stand on the back, which allows the bag to be used even when it is unhooked, e.g. on the workbench, and a small pocket on the front for storing small parts. In addition, the L 39 offers a hammer loop, a metal bracket for holding tools with a belt clip, such as measuring tapes, and a tape with a buckle that enables adhesive tapes to be attached.

Using the ProClick hook on the back, the tool bags can be used wherever ProClick interfaces are available, such as on the tool carrier, the C-BOXX, the vehicle equipment or the AutoAssistant. The tool carrier is not a bag that is hung up, but a carrier system for ProClick Tool Bags and accessories. In simplified terms, the tool carrier can be compared to a tool box made of robust polyester. It has a large storage compartment for tools and consumables that is easily accessible and clearly visible from above. Pockets and loops on the inside and on the outside also contribute to a better overview and order. The robust plastic base not only protects the stretcher and its contents from bumps and dirt, but also enables the L-BOXX to be clicked onto each L-BOXX using the integrated coupling lever. That makes them a real all-rounder for every application.

The ProClick Holder enables exactly that. It can be attached to any standard belt with a width of up to 5 cm. All ProClick bags available on the market can be attached to it  across all systems.
